    About the role:

    We have taken big leaps forward in the delivery of key strategies and initiatives that focus on creating brilliant experiences for our people - and we are now looking for a new team member to join our highly connected HR team on the next chapter of our journey.

     

    Reporting to the Organisational Development (OD) Manager, the OD Consultant will bring an organised and partnering approach to supporting the development and coordination of initiatives that:

    • Build and enhance individual, team, leader and organisational capability
    • Continue to develop a culture which is safe, customer focussed, high performing, engaged and inclusive
    • Ensure our people have clear goals, know what’s expected of them and how they contribute.

     

    About you:

    To be successful, you will be a passionate and pragmatic operator who:

    • has demonstrated experience implementing learning and development (L&D) initiatives
    • has a sound knowledge of adult learning principles and has experience designing and delivering training  
    • brings a project management approach to engage and successfully implement a broad range of solutions
    • has a customer service approach, and is exceptional in building enduring relationships
